What is Argentium Silver?

Argentium is a new generation of silver alloys. It was developed specifically to combat the tarnish that occurs as silver oxidizes when it comes into contact with air, which is a major drawback for all who love silver. 

Some sterling silver jewelry pieces are prone to scratches, dents, and deformation, especially if you wear them daily.  Argentium Silver is stronger and more durable than traditional sterling, making it more resistant to these types of damages.

Argentium® Silver is 93.5% silver—even more pure than traditional sterling. The alloy contains about 1.2% germanium, and 5.3% copper. As with any sterling alloy, the copper provides strength to the metal.

What is your return policy?

No returns or exchanges.

Damaged Item Procedure

  • We insure items over $30 at no charge to you.
  • Damage claims can only be made on items shipped with insurance.
  • To begin the process, please contact us by email or phone to alert us to the damage within 2 days of delivery.
  • Take a photograph of the damaged item and email a picture to us.
  • Be sure to retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item, as the shipping agent will request to examine them.  
  • Claims will be made through the original shipping agent.
  • Once we receive reimbursement for the damaged item, we will issue a refund to you.

Shipping Information

Please note:  Some items offer free shipping.  Otherwise shipping is a flat rate of $7.90 for the entire order...whether one or more creations are purchased.  In addition, if you order $150 or more, we will waive the shipping charges.  

The "Free Shipping" items are not tracked or insured.  Your order typically arrives in 1-5 days and is mailed USPS.

The "$7.90 shipping" is mailed USPS and is tracked and insured up to $50.  Your product typically arrives within 1-3 days.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy. Just click on the product category you wish to browse, select an item, add it to your cart and checkout. Or, if you know the name or style number of the product you would like to order online you can call us and we can assist you over the phone.
